Polyamide (Nylon) 8-strand braided cords with or without core
8-strand cords are made from 100% UV-stabilized high tenacity polyamide. The distinguishing feature of polyamide cords is good resistance to abrasion and high breaking load. Perfect elongation at breaking load: approx 35%. This makes it a good shock absorber. Nylon cord found their wide using in the marine transport, the cargo handling and fishery, the hobby and construction as auxiliary cord. Due to 8 strand construction the cords are very flexible that makes it easy to use.
